"The apartment itself is lovely, bright and well appointed. There is a comfortable sofa bed as well as a comfortable small double bed. It’s easy to cool the apartment down by opening the windows and letting air flow through the whole place. It’s a 20 minute walk from Gare de Nord. But the streets that it is on are quite rough and felt a bit alarming at night. It could do with a soap dispenser in the shower and a hook by the shower/basin for a towel. There were towels and a shower mat available in the drawer under the bed but they were not left out so it took a while to discover them. Apart from these very minor issues the flat was overall a very comfortable place to stay which we would recommend."

"I was very satisfied with my stay in the apartment in Paris. The location is excellent, with metro stations for two lines nearby, making it very easy to get around the city. There are also two pubs in the vicinity, which is great for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The key pickup was very straightforward; the location for collecting the keys is close to the apartment, which made the overall experience even more convenient."

"Location was good. Subway is near. Host was really helpful. I have no difficulty to get the key and get into the flat. Flat is clean, recently renovated. Wash machine and small kitchen was so nice. Distance from Paris est train station was close so I was on foot to get there."
